Haven't looked closely but a couple of points of interest for the self -employed among us :

1. Class 2 NICs to be collected via SA from 2016
2. No longer any need to buy an annuity with your pension pot.

must admit when they said 1p off a pint I finished early to take advantage! but yet to see the benefits to be honest

Taking a bit here and adding a bit there really. Only real difference I can see where I gain is no increase on fuel duty

Just like any other budget really, put money in your wallet, and then pickpocket you!!!

Don't forget in '16-17 the single tier pension starts which in effect gives the self employed an extra £50ish quid a week on retirement in comparuson to if you were to retire today!

I'm with wilder, don't bother. They give here and just take from somewhere else, it makes no difference.
