Pretty sure, just had a flick through the TSJ, Porcel-Thin have invested in a large presence in there this month!
Don't imagine that was particularly cheap!
That wasnt a paid article it was an interview with Ray Smith the owner of Porcel-thin, he is the leading expert on thin tiles in the UK interviewing anyone else would have been ludicrous it was a good read and if you come to the tiling show in Harrogate you can get to meet him:)

Oh ok, assumed it was paid for, great exposure either way.
I don't know much about the market but assumed there was a healthy amount of competition, and the article was a paid for feature.
Mapei's article on suitable fixing products combine to make a heavy theme.
Good exposure though, and very informative.
Looking forward to the chance of fixing it.

dont know this company ?
I asked one of the partners who own the company on friday if they sell Porcel-Thin, he nodded and pointed just behind me to a display stand.
I briefly looked through the samples but the Bookmatch wasn't there.
Tonight I got in touch with one of the sales staff on Messenger and specifically asked her whether it was Porcel-Thin that they display.
She confirmed it was, and is normally very knowledgeable and reliable, however, she was feeling under the weather, and I didnt want to disturb her at home on a Sunday night any further, but she did say she would call me first thing tomorrow morning.
I'm sure you would know who sells your products and who dosent, so the lack of the Bookmatch sample and your unfamiliarity of the retailer does throw doubt, I'll drop by there tomorrow and find out either way for sure.
Do you have a very small select amount of retailers or alot of salesman getting your product out?

Thanks Ray,
I really couldn't wish for a better compliment.
All I wanted to do was do the product justice, and not let anyone down.
Cheers mate. :)
