Calling all dog owners

It is a shame he/she didn't have control of these dogs to start with.. then no attack would have happened..

What is done is done now but the offer of coughing up the vet bills etc will help..

Oh and I forgot to say, the dogs had all escaped. Their owner was not aware that they were out roaming.

But thankfully neighbours heard the commotion and came out to help my Uncle, and the dogs were identified by the neighbours, so there are witnesses to all this now. Disappointing that the police don't want to help though.
