we went to Dent, Mike, only about 15 miles away but good craic, weather was good but hellish windy!

tell me about the wind doug! monday morning our tent nearly blew away. had to pack up at 5a.m. and drive home. some tents on the site were wrecked, and i seen a portaloo blown over. i wonder if anyone was in it at the time :lol::lol:

i been to dorset a couple of times camping, really nice there, i stayed near poole

whats the area like, i like seeing all old castles and that, is there anything like that. i went to a old roman villa last year while camping, the floor mosics where out of this world. the romans were great at tiling

im sure there are lots of old castles there but i never went to any, we passed lulworth castle on the way to durdle door, the castle and estate looked nice. monkey worlds nearby too if you're taking kids
