Can anyone tell me best quality tile backerboard to use for wet areas like shower and pool environments? - thanks.

hardie backer or marmox

marmox for wet areas

or aquapanel

There are a few makes that would be suitable.. not really one that is better than others apart from some are water proof and some are water resistant..

Always check the spec of the backerboard for suitability.

Thank you Dave, I shall check out Wedi, they seem to have a good backerboard - its totally waterproof.
