a job i recently priced up 1500 m2 600x600 porc and ditra.
not got job i am shell shocked, some body has gone in at 6.50 m2 for the tiling
i may as well pack in

thats poor mate. i've got a similar size job to price soon near chester, too big a job for me to price/do on my own, maybe you could price it with me? i'm not too fussed tbh as it's quite far for me. i'll give you more details when i get them

That's realistic where £6.50 is just plain stupid. Just put it behind you and don't dwell on it or you'll go doolally. I'd put it down to a freak rate that's going to come back and bite several people on the bum.

its prats like these that are going to keep us in a recession, how can we build our prices back up to a respectable level when you have silly prices like this floating around.

i to lost a 60m2 polished porcs job last week........someone quoted £10.00m2 labour only inc the sealing.
