He is cheap because he is not good at setting out, look at the small cuts on each second row, he could have set that job out better than that.
Ask him to call around to yours to do a 2 mtr job for £25 :lol:

that grout looks quite aged and grey

either they used grey grout with white tiles or that isnt their work but some tiling they liked the look of

david this guys been advertising for edinburgh all year also at same rate,also have found ads for splashbacks for 80 quid as well as stone tiling for a 10 a sq m and plastering from 3 quid per sq metre.:yikes:

dont get me wrong i am not for 1 minute advocating low prices, anything but, but we dont know the guys circumstances...desperate times can lead to desperate measures??

with the way the world economy is at the moment and even dubai facing insolvency then these kind of prices just might become more probable..

well if you are right then i will be looking for a new job as there is no way on this earth i would work for those prices,just my opinion.
