We have Xmas at ours this year. 8 people inc me and my lady. So we've been stocking up for a while. Ciders, Beers, Spirits, Wines. Pretty much anything on offer in the shops. Missed out a couple of times on deals though as they sell out quickly sometimes!

whatever the mother in law gets in I suppose. but personally, to make sure I don't over indulge this year, I shall not be bothering with much alcohol. a glass or two of wine with dinner and that'll be me done. my body is a temple right now and I don't fancy gaining all the weight I've lost this year. I'd love to say I will be going tee-total but I don't think even I can manage that at the in-laws :lol: :lol: :lol:

Got the mother-in-law coming over to us this year BUT... she's an avid and expert wine maker so she's bringing a selection box of this year's products plus 12 bottles of sauvignon blanc (kit made). Very tasty and free ! Might invest in a bottle of Dalwhinnie too - it is Christmas, after all ! Cheers !

We have virtually nothing in the house so have a lot to buy in. We came back from a weeks holiday about six weeks ago and daughter (22) had a mini party almost every night and went through an incredible amount of our booze. After she was pulled up over it she said she only borrowed it and would replace it all ......we're still waiting.
