Cleaning and sealing with Universeal .

That doesn't suprise me Dave, as we all LTP formulas are very strong... I would be interested to see how a comparison between the two products for removing topical coatings, sealer, waxes etc?

Will have to see of we can arrange something..

is it okay on all limestone and stone floors? or is there any chance of etching?

[h=4]Directions for use:[/h]Apply an undiluted solution of Universeal Extreme Clean or diluted up to 1:5 depending on the nature of the soiled area. Allow the product to work for 10 to 20 minutes; brush occasionally. Do not allow to dry, Add warm water if necessary, brush areas that are most dirtied again before wiping up solution. On larger areas, use a squeegee and wet vacuum to remove the product, wash and rinse the area thoroughly with clean water. If the desired result has not been achieved first time, a second or third application may be necessary brushing the areas more vigorously. Please Note: avoid splashes on sensitive areas such as metal or wood, painted or varnished surfaces, wall paper, etc. Protective gloves must be worn at all times while using this product. We highly recommend trying the product in an inconspicuous area prior to use.
