You paid the tiler............it is down to him, at his expense.

I like to leave a floor in a finished state.......ok, sometimes you do get a slight haze that keeps coming back........but if the floor was washed and washed properly in the first place.......a slight haze is usually easy to remove.

Like I said...........its down to him.

i agree with CJ,..that was the company's job..they shouldnt leave the floor with all those messy stuff.
it's simply means that you didn't get the best service..remember, it's their jpb!

thanks for your message, the tiler is coming back 2morrow 2 have a look but i don't feel very hopeful. he just dosent seem bothered. i have taken photos of the tiles and if he doesnt give me a satisfactory outcome, i will be going to the citizens advice. i contacted a specialist tile cleaning company who looked at the photos and said they were beyond specialist cleaning and he said they would probably have to come up and some more re-laid. guess who i won't be asking to do them for me?? as i said many thanks for messages to everyone

sorry cannot post photos -not sure what to do. do you have an email address i can sent it to?

Your pics need to be re-sized to aorund 600x450.....you can use the attachment feature within the post reply tab or upload to an album in your profile and then copy and paste into a thread/post..

thanks for that Dave will try, also while i am here where do I get the Lithofin Abra Cleaning product from that you mentioned, looked but can only find cement away, thanks

It is a new product, so you will need to phone suppliers and see if they stock it...or contact lithofin direct and see who supplies it.....

I have also heard the LTP Grimex is good....anybody used this product..?
