:hurray:hi Dave, many thanks for all your help. The tiles are now as good as new. You wanted to know if anyone has used LTP products, this is what we have used, found them locally and they came highly recommended. We used the LTP Grout Cleaner/Remover and after 2 applications the tiles look as they should. Bought the Grimex as well but won't need to use it. I would highly recommend LTP products they do what they say on the bottle! Very easy to use and no smelly chemicals. The price - just under £10! A bargin. Also bought the sealer which we will use to seal the tiles now they are as they should be. Complained to the tiler and threatened to complain to the Trading Standards. He came and did all the tiles with the LTP - took him 4 hours - but so what it was his fault in the first place. Not a happy man - but a very happy woman at last, and can now put the finished touches to my kitchen. Once again Dave many, many thanks. What a great place this is for advice.

Just an update on my tiles. Have now finished the tiles and they look nearly as good as they should. Many thanks to all who gave advice. If anyone needs any recommendations for cleaning grout haze then please use LTP products. We used the grout remover to clean off all haze, then the grimex to finally clean all remaining dirt off them, and finally the sealer. These products really are fab, and the total cost was £33.00. Much cheaper then the £180+ a tile cleaning company wanted to charge!
