The attention to detail is missing and it spoils the room. There's no excuse for fitting chipped tiles and the grout lines not lining up is just lame.

Might be working worth checking if the tiles are slightly different sizes that can cause tile joints not to line up amd stands out more with white grout. But as for fitting chipped tiles no excuse.

Sending a letter off tonight. Thanks for comments, think I am at least due money back for tiles and labour to get it redone. Annoying thing is,tiles taken off were done by me and a much better job, just could not find the time. (Got an expert team in? 😳) Will let you know the outcome. Thanks again.

cant see any Silicon joint in one of the pics, a chipped tile can be replaced do you have more pics we can see of the overall job
