Cost and time of this job???

2.5m square room one alcove one large window one doorway.
Being tiled with 250mm x 400mm riles and a 75mm mosaic strip halfway up all the way around.
Bit of boxing in etc and walls are uneven.
Just look ing for a rough estimate on time and price. Materials bought so.
I know it's a bit vague but a rough guide from a few answers will be amazing for me.
