with a machete:yikes:, cleaned birds last week with the buck (sheaf) knife, took the wings off like a hot knife through butter. I'll try and get Harrison to film it this weekend
ha ha, just had a thought, I'll probably come back with 4 birds and that means 8 wings, I could do my own little "testing lab" ala Protiler etc,,,,see what takes wings off best...machete, secateurs, buck knife, bolt crops etc etc etc..
