Crackled tiles continue to crack

I recently fitted tiles in a bathroom / shower area and cracks have started to appear on the dado rail (also crackled). Any ideas on what might be causing this.

did you buy crackle glaze tiles

yes they do that , sometimes you hear a little ping
you should have been told on buying crackle glaze tiles are prone to crackling , it does settle down
