Creating curved plinth

Have an idea for client's bathroom. Plan to raise an area of the floor 100mm in a curved shape as an area of interest to site a stand-alone bath. How do you do this best? I was thinking 6mm ply screwed to the 4x2 supports. Any tips?

Don't use 6mm ply

Eh yes Dave. The plinth bit I am fine with............ but to form the curved face for tiling with 4mm mosaic.
