CTD Voucher scheme...

My supplier has shut so I'm now using CTD...
trying to get my head round this voucher thinky they do if you send customers in.
Dose anyone use it..?

Yes I do, you give your customer voucher to get upto 20 % discount off their tiles, and every 6 months you get a cheque from them for recommending them. The more money customers spend in store the more you get! Make sure you fill in all the details on voucher first before you give to customer

customer gets 20% off and I get 10% sent to me by cheque.

CTD hold and fill out the vouchers for me, nice lads

you may well be right Andy, I never check, just bank the check, but I think they changed it not so long ago.

its been running at CTD about 4 years I believe.
when did they take overtime depot?

I use it too. Customer gets 20% off and I get 15% back as a cheque a month after their purchase (30 days nett in case they return anything).
Very easy scheme and obvious benefits!

4 bloody years, I knew nothing about it, just had a reward card haha
Tile depot? Couple years probably.

To be honest Julian, don't remember last time client asked me where to go to buy tiles! Haha
99/ 100 already have them.
I truly don't remember.

yes, know what you mean.
I find the staff and service at my local one second to none. Always good knowing if you have to send someone in they will get looked after and I always get a call from the shop after to let me know what's been chosen.

That's kool then, I certainly wouldn't send a client to somewhere I didn't 100% trust!
You'd end up loosing the job haha
