1000 X 500 X 12 porcelain around door frame and a pipe!
And no, not my handy work with architrave, that was the helpful client :)

Am I the only one who uses rubber tiles? Haha after much persistence and patience... it didn't fit and I had to (grudgingly) split the small 'c' section of the tile at the part that ran under the cupboard door and piece it in. Good spot Lee ;-)

Ha! Was getting concerned, I've been sat in the corner rocking back and forth saying "there's no way that'll fit, there's no way that'll fit"

I was gunna say lol , no way in a million yrs would that go around the frame :)
