Hello fellow tilers,
I'm going back to a beauty of a job tomorrow,
i'm using 20mm thick crema marfil,
my final pieces involve approx 25 pieces of 300x200x20mm into which i have a curve to take out and round off which is no prob but cutting the curve is.
I'm well armed with my big sigma wet cutter, markrist armed grinder, grinder attachment for nosing, sanders etc.
To get the curve cut with the grinder i'd be holding it at an angle which means by the time i get through 20mm it'd be rough,
Any other ideas? just wet saw?

I see the idea in them blades but similar can be done with the markrist, its the 20mm thickness thats the problem here !! its the decorative pieces for a staircase which go on the sides on the underside of the threads and side of risers.I'll get it done, have allowed 2 days to finish this so fingers crossed.
