Need to be careful and not use too much water when washing off too!

The mapei is resistent to efflorescence is it not.

Goin gto see if my local tile shop can supply the black or anthracite stuff. Cheers.

Is the mapei black a proper black? I want just off black I reckon. If the Mapei isn't exactly black that would suit, otherwise the Anthracite seems the better bet.

I use Mapei black a lot.. it starts off nice and dark, like a charcoal black, and then gets lighter with time, to a slate black, if that helps? I think it would suit your job...
