Joking aside, I have never known anyone that knows the amount of info and details that Dave does, and hapily spends hours every evening often explaining the same things over and over again in different threads, where many could easily just say do a search, like many other forums out there

I know i'm only new here but can see that you are the MAN in the know when it comes to the art of tile. Sure we have better glues and grouts and engineered cements these days but when it all boils down the art has changed little in thousands of years. One still needs passion and desire as well as artistic flare to turn boxed up goods into something others envy a certain quality goes into making a tiler an artist, and with you and the other mods at the helm of the forum that certain quality will begin to run through the veins of others that are just at the beggining of what is a life long endevour of artistic skill passion and flare.
