I phoned up Dave at TRADETILER after having problem with my new cutter (my fault-d.i.yer), and must say he was really helpful, gave me great advice and seemed a really top bloke. Also threw in a freebie. will use his services again when i increase my tool kit.

Yes, he's very good isn't he!

I was down there the other day again and saw him in action with the customers. He has a lot of knowledge and during my time there explained a lot about the equipment and options to a couple of "walk ins". Runs a tight ship.

I didnt get a cup of coffee though (not his fault - the electrics were off during an annual testing).

Every time I'm there he says that and has the bloke wonder around with a couple of skaelectric triggers just to make it look a bit sparkyish. Really he's just saving every penny to pass saving on to tilersforums members 🙂

(joke) 😛 I've never actually seen him in the flesh.

I've started using them too, haven't had the need to speak to anybody there (so far!) but I can definately say the service is spot on
