I start talking to myself if I don't have a bit of background music on. A few tunes are very important at work!

I quite like talking to myself, i get on well with me and never argue with myself.

Planet rock, BBC 6 music or Radio 2. It depends on what mood im in or if I need a little pick me up, planet rock is better than red bull through a drip!!
