Just had a failure of a flooring adhesive which is meant to be flexible and suitable for electric underfloor heating. The failure has happened after two years and the adhesive is webber spf. has anyone heard of this before?

The tiles were low grade porcelain 2/3

how deep was it and how has it failed and what surface was it ?

I used a 10mm trowel for the floor coverage and to prevent hollow voids i buttered the tile and scraped access off, then laid tile, checking by lifting with a hook for coverage.

Do you have any photos? not at this time , dependant on webber agent outcome, tomorrow.
How has it failed? Tile has raised (not flat as was once laid) and parted from adhesive screed leaving original screed stuck to floor with devi mat still intact to ply wood. Close look at adhesive shows fine hair line cracks
What tiles were fixed? Porcelain
What was the substrate? Wood
Did you prime before laying?

Yes to make sure devimat stuck to the dusty ply wood.

There was a 10mm curved notched comb passed over devimat, plus i buttered and dressed tile wile making sure of coverage by lifting tiles with hooked puller
