I thought I'd start to make a thread I add links to. The links are to other threads we've had posted to the forum where either a DIYer has done it wrong, or a person has got a "professional tiler" in and either not checked their credentials, gone for the cheapest quote, not had them recommended to them, not seen their work online or whatever.

Thankfully this person did get a tiler in, unfortunately they clearly had no training, and didn't use the correct methods. Some tiles fell off after only hours!
