Dot and dab onto bare block

@widler - I could have clicked the ‘disagree’ icon but that would just be annoying!
IMHO it was the 70s but I’am a 50s child so formative youth was 1970- 1976. Great music (Sweet, Mud, Queen) great fashion( flares, kipper ties, mullets) and continental holidays 10 nights for £38.00!
What was better than that?

John, I agree the 70s were great too, but I was a bit young , so the 80s were brilliant for me , magaluf and Ibiza were the only places to be , no flares , not much glamour rock , just rock 🙂 and I had my 1st ,erm , encounter in the early 80s 😉

May seem a silly question, but as l said going to dot and dab.the wall. As l'm going to prime and then tile onto the board, do l still need to bother scrimming and filling the tapered joins or can l just cut the tapers off and butt up the boards as straight edges?

What the 70's was great era if you like power cuts & strikes, 80's wins hands down every time & as for the question asked you could tank the wall where your taps are going if you decide at a later date to install a shower

The 80s absolute quality where women were women and men were a bit debatable as quite lot used to have dodgy hair do's and wear make up .
