Some good news for a change eh

The councils need to regulate the work done by gas and electric companies etc, the amount of times I've seen a new section of road laid then a few days later the utility companies come along and dig a nice big hole in it and do a sub standard repair. Why are these works not carried out along side the resurfacing? Backwards Britain strikes again.

I did serious damage to my Talbot sunbeam back in the '80's by hitting a pothole.
I sued the council and got enough to cover car etc.
I'd have rather had my car though.
