Driving me bonkers!!

On a job at the mo where customer has bought some Grespania slate look porcelain 600x300.
They are so damn hard to cut its driving me potty. Had to borrow a mate's TX700N to get anywhere near snapping them (my TR700 had no chance). I have been turning the tile round so the cut i want is on the right and still getting shear break off on the off-cut.
Anyone got any ideas as to how to stop this, or is just what it is, bloody tough grade porcs!!

score the tile. put a bit of wood (skirtin board ets) on floor and place scored line on edge of a wood. stand on it or hit with hand. snaps perfect.

Job I was on this week had a hard tile. Ended up scoring with my cutter and breaking over my knee.

did the job.......but got to pop back today and pick up my kneecap.

Just get the wet cutter out.
The score line and the breaker bar are not perfectly in line when you try to snap, that's what i found in the past.
