gerard at dural has just sent his team to fix my bathroom floor.they took ages and ages to finallly get here ,but im impressed by the team and i can confirm that i too have no crunching.gerard did say that if you bought your product from topps ,they dont normally fix the problem.a swift word in his ear ,lead to a swift dispatch of his team.
