Epoxy grouting question.

Itd be quicker to have teams of two guys , one applies the epoxy while the other follows cleaning it straight away working their way through the pots. you'll need a ton of white emulsifying pads and if possible warm water.

On large areas we used to use a plunger cardboard cartridge to apply, you could use a mortar gun, then the Dixon floor scrubbing machine with a white circular pad to emulsify, then as mentioned above the Berta machine to sponge off. I am just finishing a steam room using Kerapoxy jasmine, a lot easier than the old stuff. Different methods on large floors, good luck.

i used bal on a school toilet floor took me about 6 hours to do 18m, tiles were antislip so that didnt help but you need hot water,its like grouting with Silicon:mad2:

...and always wear Nitrile gloves, if any gets on your skin clean it off straight away or it'll burn. Its lovely stuff NOT.

Ive done a lot of Bal epoxy over the years, we use to damp the tile first, point then emulsify, wash off with hot water and a final wash with a spontex sponge. HOTTER the water the better

we used to sit the tub of epoxy in hot water before we used it, then it was all hands on deck, its not realy something you can do quickly so i would allow a bit more time to it

That sounds about right, its no easy quick job. IT takes time, and plenty of elbow grease.
