Thank you all very much for the replies folks ,

have been umming and arring for ages now about a job change same as all the other lads I work with but there just comes a time when its no good just continually pissing and moaning and you have to get off your arse and do summat about it

So NETT here I come and hopefully come the new year my lot may improve.
