I am sure you'll be fine andy. Was out doing a 3 mile run 2 days after I had mine done. Only problem I had was that one of the dissolvable internal sticthes didn't dissolve........it turned hard and worked it's way out through my scrotum. Looked just like I had a giant zit on my nuts for a week or 2.:lol:
