I posted here last week for some advice on my first job - a cloakroom for my mother with sink, toilet and shower. The only thing that will be in the room when i tile it is the shower tray - happy days!
I was due to do it this weekend but the shower tray had not been installed so its been delayed a little bit. The thing is, my mother has bought different tiles to what she originally specified.
They are glazed ceramic but are pretty big, 30 x 40cm and pretty weighty (about 2kg each i think), and the substrate is mainly plastered walls, with a little bit of plywood where there is some boxing in of pipes.
So my question is, i was planning on using Bal's White Star for ease, but is this going to be enough to hold a tile this big?
Any help always appreciated and welcome (I don't want them falling off the walls!!).
Cheers guys and gals
