Finaly got the UFH in. I did it all once, got to the last stretch and discovered I had way to much cable left over, so I had to pull 3/4 of it back up and put it down again and ended up cutting most of it off the backing. TBH this was the first time i've used UFH so I suppose 12hours to install it isn't that bad...:hurray:

I've tested the cable too, I'm think I did it right anyways, the reading was 2.5ohms off what it says on the resistance readings pdf I downloaded from Uheat. I think i did the live and the earth wire? Is that right? I can recheck tomorrow.

Well another update, starting to look like a floor now, sorry for the crap pic, was late when i finished today. bit more to do yet, but 4 days of the day job first, then back to it!

Was cold outside today, and inside for that matter, the rapid set was taking forever to set so didn't get as much done as I had hoped. My little briccolina did me proud again though!!!

I managed to convince them they needed brickbond. never done it before. TBH its all in the setting out, once that was sorted it wasnt to bad

Did you use a decoupling membrane on the ufh

No whitebeam I have yet to use decoupline membrane. I really want to though!! The floor was in good condition, no cracks, no joins ect. The UFH is ontop of a 6mm Instillation board, which is fixed with keraquick, then ontop of the UFH latexplan SLC then keraquick again.
