well dave we all know you are right , but trying to be helpfully so he can see his errors for himself, and then maybe he will get a fixer in to do the job , but we all know he wont ,

I disagree.

This is fixer error, the fixing method is knowledge by pro tilers and this is where the DIY blame anybody but themselves when their attempt at ting fails.
Stone fixing isn't easy
