floor lombard terracotta

I wished to share this work with you, if I can.
Lombard terracotta, material made by hand in my area.
20x40 size of 30 sqm cellar.
format 20x40 with rounded edge, for 2 stairs, 30 stairway steps total.
There are also three bathrooms and a terrace.
1 floor bathroom, must be laid on the product of foto3, UHF in the panel.
Today, I traced the two stairs, then bricklayers have made substrate.

I also made a bathroom floor, now I continue with bathrooms, stairs until drying screed.

I also spoke with workers who make chemical treatment to the terracotta.
they told me to lay the whole thing and not grouting.
them, will pass with sandpaper and make pre-treatment, with the dust of sanding, I will have to do grouted.

change in plans, the steps have already been sanded, proceed to the grout without treatment.
I used "cocciopesto", mixed with white grout.
the super bricklayer was not capable of doing scale screed. 🙁

do not I know Bob, I do not do, I heard that spoke of red wax, like old times.
Here, there are the pros who do only sealant treatments.
I, just a poor tiler. 😉
