Hello all. Hope all ok.
Last Friday I went to look on job. And it is a 10 mm limestone 30 sq m on a concret . The problem is part of the floor been done by customer (woman) not this 30 sq m And when she did the floor she did not realised that floor was not in level and end up with 10-15 mm of adhesive. Now she does not want a step between tiles and wants me to carry on with the same level. I told her it will be expensive to fix tiles on the same level because of the thick bed of adhesive. What shall I do? I did not give my quote yet. Plan was to give day rate for preparation of the floor , price per sq m to fix the stone and separate bill for materials. Or should I just walk away? And customer does not want to rip the floor she did even though it badly fixed
thanks for your advise
