Have an on going job with local developer who has just asked for a victorian style floor OK i say show me. He shows me what he would like 150 x 150mm 2 colour base tile with 70 x 70mm diamond style board in 4 colour shades running through out. Great i say that will look really nice. How much he says. No idea i say.
This is how it has been left and he is now chasing fix price with me supplying adhesives etc. Entrance is 16m2, hall is 14m2, 3 rooms of 18m2
He wants this done before Christmas - fairy magic i say he laugh's.
