Nice one Dave, I used to be instructor in Karate. Can't do that anymore. Once came 3rd in a comp. with 200 + people all styles. I was withdrawn with suspected detatched retina. I think I was Robbed. It was a freindly comp. 14 people ended up in A&E good old days:lol:

PHIL my young daughter does this she was English/welsh champion, she cant compete anymore because she did the same as you and is now three quarters blind in one eye but she still trains she is a black belt and on her first Dan

I used to be good with my legs in my Tae-kwon-do days but no where like those lads above..

You have to be very supple around the hips to perform multiple ariel leg displays...
