My highlight had to be when I inquired about the coloured tags above people's names and so with doing so, got me a red & green tag to go with my blue lol

A biggy for me would be allowing firms on board that aren't sponsors. They seem to have stuck to the rules well and not really pushing anything, and do help out the members / their customers too.

Need more of them really.
