Cheers guys. this is a 3 bed detached, one of only 2 on a road of over 300 houses.
Not sure if I will be selling on too soon as I am looking for somewhere close to where I get recommends (nottingham). Spending most of my time at my girlfriends' (derbyshire) which is proving costly in fuel so are in it together in this new house.
Boiler wise I have a good friend who is gas safe so will see what is best for the budget. Definately need an ensuite building so the airing cupboard has to go.
From my research I have got the house 45k under market value and adding 20% onto estimate of works am looking at 20k.
Should get the keys mid to late September so shall post lots of piccies so you guys with experience in this can guide me in the right direction.
