gas statement

we have just got out annual gas statement in
if we continue to use gas at the same rate over the next 12 month
they forcast out annual bill would be 1016.17
does that seem alot or what

I'd bite your hand off for that. We don't have gas and we have wet electric central heating. I'm almost that a quarter!

I'm oil plus have a multi fuel stove which is a cracker.

what is gas in your house ,what size house you got?

3 bed terraced , what is gas in your house?

were with british gas for electric as well

im with scottish power,central heating is gas,as is the cooker and the fire

we use them pretty much mainstream 2 bed bungalow

you know there is fixed price tarrifs etc now have a shop around i think or does that price include your electric bill also

i pay £100 a month for gas and elecy and were in credit, we have a 3 bed semi central heating, cook on gas, and 2 kids that dont know how to switch lights off, we were with british gas but switched both to e-on, we allso switched phone, broard band and tv to other suppliers and were now saving approx £70 a month, its worth checking out other suppliers and most of it you can do on line.

Our gas and leccy combined bill (we're with nPower) came in last week, and although we're £165 in debt with them, they're not looking to take the balance straight away as our consumption will now drop considerably as we head towards summer. our annual bill must be around £800 but we can't get cheaper gas as our gas line is IGT not national grid, so we have to pay a premium for the gas line before we get charged for the usage. :mad2:

Sounds about right for us but then we did have an old floor mount boiler which gave off more heat that is sent to the radiators. The new efficient boiler is much better but then i have just made the house much bigger so it will probably end up the same.
