Have recently returned from West Australia to live in North East, (Alnwick). Have bought a 1932 three bed semi which I have builders extending, while I renovate the interior, including a fair bit of tiling. It is interesting to note the different tecniques/materials used as well as learning how to overcome problems arising from the original building materials of the 1930's. It is fun!
