Well done GRR, great effort one thing I would say though, watch the bike ride there few ciders etc, you can be done for being 'drunk' in charge of a push bike as well iirc.
Better safe than sorry....................... keep up the good work.
:40:never needed to diet Scott, but I'll kick the bines for good sooooon!GRR, Mrs Scottley (to be, dont want her getting the wrong idea :yikes has just started her exercise regime and boy is she sticking to it!
Running 4 mornings a week and a diet of mainly salads and fat free foods. She has a bit more to lose than you by the sounds of it but she has been at it for 2 weeks now and already i can see a difference and she has lost 7lbs
I put on loads of weight over the last 2/3 years and have never had any issues with weight. I finally topped the scales last autumn at 14 1/2 stone which is massive for me. My face was fat and i was a chubby number who struggled to see my feet in the shower! I found exercise a real hardship and didnt seem to have the energy to look after the kids full time let alone run/jog/cycle after a full day.
I asked the doc for a thyroid function blood test after googling all my symptoms and it showed my thyroid wasnt working.
The point in all this is some times it is medical problem as well. I now weigh 12 stone with a slight paunch of a belly but only because i have pushed the being able to eat what i want to the absolute extreme.
Keep up the good work and i hope your chosen methods work for you.
Doug is that falling of the wagon diet or smoking?
