Getting wet from the wet cutter.

sounds like alot of freaking hassle...might look into getting a less messy cutter.

I sometimes throw a towel over my shoulder. Keeps me dry and then can clean tile easy.

When you, do, get spray on your face, cleen it off quickly. I bought a new stand for my wet cutter, that was a wee bit higher than my last one, and i got a lot of spray on my face. I didn't clean it off until i had finished, and gon home. By this time it had dried out my skin, really badly, and i ended up with the biggest and worst cold sores i have ever had. just a wee word of warning. clean it off.

PJC what you mean pulling? pulling the tile into the blade, standing to the rear of the cutter?

I call it the front some call it the rear but i don't get wet yes thats the idea i think if more peps were prepared to to something different they would get a lot further in life lol ete

I just stand to the side of my wet cutter - that keeps me nice and dry .

Am I the only tiler that dry cuts ? unless I am using a rather hard porcelain and then it is the damp sponge at the back of the blade trick.

I’d rather purchase a new blade every six months than walk round soaked
every day. They are not that expensive

I do the same as PJC. Stand the other side and pull the tile towards me. Can't beleive that wouldn't have come to more peoples minds rather than getting soaked every day.
