Looks to be a fantastic forum!

Bit about myself, I'm a QS *ducks* - just working on a bit of a small self build and getting to the finishes stage of the project.

In fact, I've got my floor tiles, but unsure whether to DIY or get a Pro in, but I'll leave that for another thread.

Anyway, I apologise in advance for any stupid questions, that I might ask!
