I must admit, i've been looking at this one... Good then? Does it ware like normal mitre blocks? Have you come across instances where it was no good for a certain job, where a normal mitre block would have worked?

How much do i need to know to spend £16... God i'm tight!

never found a mitre block would do better and i only piad £8 for mine a long time ago will also cut the alli trim mind you i aint used trim for years

Got one of these in the shed, never thought of using it for trims, bit bit I thought for carting around, will give it a go though.

Just ordered one from INVERURIE TILE CENTRE, getting it sent out tomorrow, £36 all in. Nice guy, Said he would throw in some spare saw guides.
£36 on a mitre box! must be mad! in for a penny, in for a pound and all that!!:yikes:

ordered mine december '08 arrived as promised within 6 days, fron NZ just amazing and no charges to pay! Works well but with use it starts to stick a bit. Renewable giudes a good idea (I ordered spares at the time) For the money a worthwile tool

Looks good to cut the trim flat ,but what if you need to stand it up to do a three way head?
