My Bosch variable should be arriving tomorrow from pro tiler tools, finally got round to it. Would you mitre wizards recommend the diamond pads over the sait pads? For performance and value for money ? Or diamond for porcelain, sait for stone polishing?

Stone, sait definitely for me.

Porcelain, you can use wet or dry diamond pads, but first choice would be the metal polishing disc from ATS.

I've got one of these Marc, what tread nut do you use to lock it to the grinder, I find my Milwaukee quick release, and the standard one both sit proud of the sanding plate
