Hows everyone mixing and washing off grout 3000?

using mid grey on my past 2 job and there’s been a few patchy bits

the 1st job i mixed by hand
The 2nd with my low speed mixer

i like to mix it on the thicker side too
Then grout the walls and leave it on around 20-30 mins before washing with sponge.

seems to be getting alot of haze to

just wondering if anyone else had any issues or tips for me

thanks 😊
