Hi folks looking for some advice - builder has laid 9mm porcelain tiles which I bought from B & Q. They are laid on a timber floor sheeted with 6mm ply. He used porcelain adhesive and normal grout. Well a week later and movement in the tiles on the floor is causing the grout to crumble. He is due back on Tuesday any advice. I gather he should have used flexible grout and adhesive and 18mm ply? :(
